I have worked with MA Associates Worldwide for the last 3 years in a professional capacity.
In this time they have supplied Philips Consumer Electronics based in Eindhoven, Netherlands with a large number of contract and permanent staff in a number of technology areas, most notably within the J2EE/Java arena.

In June 2005 I was approached by one of the Directors at MA Associates Worldwide offering to provide our company with a unique and alternative recruitment solution to deliver a team of highly skilled senior java developers with experience of working with agile methodologies.
Having worked within the recruitment industry for over seven years and now working on behalf of an end user, I was immediately struck by the professional and assured manner in which they conducted their initial phone call and the confidence they had in their own ability to deliver at speed and to budget.
In order to save me time, MA Associates offered to bring a large group of pre screened developers into their office and present our company to them. They then offered to java test all the developers to streamline the selection process and only sent through candidates that they had either worked with before or who they thought best fitted the role.
Within ten days MA Associates had filled all five of the java positions we had open, have created a talent pool of candidates for our ongoing recruitment and have also placed a permanent development project manager which we had a lot of difficulty finding through other consultancies.
