Ideally you will have some previous telesales experience (media sales, ad sales or recruitment) but vitally you will be money hungry, determined and enjoy building relationships with people both on the telephone and face to face! Two positions are currently available:

Resourcer
As a resourcer at MA Associates, you will be responsible for the identification, qualification and placement of candidates with our client base.

We are looking for graduates with a strong work ethic, an interest in technology and entrepreneurial flare.

Recruiter
As a consultant at MA Associates, you will be responsible for the identification of prospective clients, the management of targeted accounts and successful delivery of MA Associates Risk Share Model.

We are looking for graduates with 2 years business to business sales experience with excellent presentation skills, an ability to sell at all levels and experience of managing key accounts.
